Interfacing is proud to announce that, HealthDrive has selected Interfacing as its leading provider of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). HealthDrive is a national leader in delivering integrated healthcare by providing on-site dentistry, optometry, podiatry, behavioral health and audiology to residents in skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities for more than 30 years. After a thorough market analysis, HealthDrive chose Interfacing and its experts to document their Standard Operating Procedures.

HealthDrive, like most healthcare organizations, has the challenge to effectively manage operational activities across the United States, in a growing environment and was seeking an experienced service provider to help them document their existing processes more efficiently while improving knowledge retention along with the ability to scale up on variance management.

Part of the project will include documenting the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the Enterprise Process Center® repository to facilitate the reuse of processes (and related artifacts: systems, roles, documents, etc.) to increase standardization, improve quality and accelerate maintenance.
