The process associated with the task type, which can be selected in the process box. This field is mandatory
2. Entity type
The related entity to the task, which can be selected in the object type box. This is a mandatory field.
3. Dynamic task type
By defining a dynamic task type in this box, you can use an information script, such as the task assignee, title, description, priority, tag, bookmark, etc., based on the process information.
To define a dynamic task using code, first click on the “Edit” button and then the “code” option.
In the form of a script, first type the required condition to execute the code, and then enter the API in the content to change the dynamic task information values.

To define a dynamic task using the Designer, first click on the ‘Edit’ button and then the “Design” option. In the design form, first, enter the required condition in the “Conditions” section and set the required Actions (Call method and Set Property) and validate it to check the output. By selecting this option,the assignee can forward the task to someone else.
5. Formless events
If you need to change the status of the task in the task list without opening the form associated with it, select this option. In addition, the option “Formless Event” in the event you want to select should also be selected.
6. Hide save button
By choosing this option in the task definition, the defined tasks will not have the “save” button at the top of the form.
7. Hide tracking
By choosing this option in the task definition, the defined tasks of this type are not displayed.
8.Subject Info template
By choosing a template in the task definition, a text describing the task could be mentioned here. It could be either dynamic or static text. The task will be shown in the task list. More information about Template Management …. (See 10.1)
9. Form Title
One of the necessary fields when creating the task is to specify the behavior of the associated form that can be selected using this box. More information …(See 7.2)
