TASK DELEGATION

Functionality

The delegate feature, in improvement requests as well as endorsement and approval cycles, will allow users to reassign their task for the current cycle. Using the “Delegate” feature, the approver/endorsers/implementer can choose another resource to delegate their task for that cycle. Once a new cycle begins, the original approver/endorser or implementer will revert back to initial task position and the delegated approver will be removed from the list.

Customization

Navigate to a post that you are assigned as an implementer/endorser/approver and click on the delegate button. Search for the resource you want to delegate and save. Once that is done, the delegated implementer will become the new implementer.
