The information displayed in the audit CAPA section is:

  • Action #
  • Identifier
  • Action Name
  • CA or PA
  • Priority
  • Due Date
  • Status
  • Action Owners

To add an audit CAPA

  1. Select the relevant audit issue in the audit issues section.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. In the audit CAPA section, click the Add button.
  4. Add the appropriate information (and assign action owners as needed) and click Ok.


  1. Click Save.
  2. The audit CAPA is displayed in the audit CAPA tab of the control.

To modify an audit CAPA

  1. Select an audit issue in the audit issues section of the audit CAPA tab.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. Select the relevant audit CAPA and click on the Edit button.
  4. Modify the appropriate information for the audit CAPA. Click Save.
  5. Click Save.

To remove an audit CAPA

  1. Select the relevant audit issue from the audit issues section.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. Select the relevant audit CAPA in the audit CAPA section and click on the Remove button.
  4. Click Ok in the confirmation window.
  5. Click Save.
  6. The audit CAPA is no longer displayed in the audit CAPA tab of the control.
