The information displayed for an audit issue is:

  • Issue #
  • Audit ID
  • Identifier
  • Issue Name
  • Description
  • Type
  • Root Cause
  • Priority
  • Raised On

To add an audit issue

  1. In the audit issues section of the audit CAPA tab, click the Add button.
  2. Select an audit schedule and click Select.
  3. Add the appropriate information and click Ok.

To modify an audit issue

  1. Select an audit issue in the audit issues section of the audit CAPA tab.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. Modify the appropriate information for the audit issue.
  4. Click Save.

To remove an audit issue

  1. Select the relevant audit issue from the audit issues section.
  2. Click the Remove button.
  3. Click Ok in the confirmation window.
  4. The audit issue is no longer displayed in the audit CAPA tab of the control.
