Modelers can open translated versions of documents to preview them either by double clicking it from the diagram frame or opening it from the translate window to view content in other languages. The document will be displayed in the same language as the Modeler interface. If no document data exists in the current language, the next highest priority language data will be displayed instead.

The three types of document that the user can open to view its contents in different languages are:

  • File
  • File Link
  • URL

For File

  1. Select the checked out (or checked in) document which translated versions of the file will be viewed.
  2. Right click and select Translate….
  3. Select File.
  4. In the translate window, click Open under the appropriate language to preview the document. Documents without submitted translated content are denoted by a grayed out Open button.

For File Link

For URL

  1. Select the checked out (or checked in) document which translated versions of the URL will be viewed.Right click and select Translate….
  2. Select URL.
  3. In the translate window, the URL content is displayed in the appropriate languages. Documents without submitted URL translated content are denoted by blank URL fields.
