The Organization Module of EPC comprises the following sections:
The Organization Module allows users to arrange user-defined, or purchased, role-libraries within a hierarchy of organization units. The organization units themselves represent specific branches of a business organization, allowing the user to model the structure of their company, including the roles, resources and assets that are related to any given branch.
The measure module allows the user to set objectives and measure the process performance defined using types of indicators (KCI, KRI, KPI). Objectives can be flexibly defined as anything from company-wide mission statements to granular low-level objectives. When using indicators target thresholds can be defined using user-defined units.
