When a search is performed on an environment that contains content in different languages, EPC will return results based on all translated attributes and the pre-defined criteria. The search function is not dependent on the Modeler interface language, since it will search for all known content in all languages. If the object name has been translated in various languages, the names will be displayed on the same result line.

Example 1: Searching for the description of a document in multiple languages

Given that the description of a file exists in more than one language (in this case, in English and French), the user can search for text included in the description.

When returning results for the text search, all translated versions of the object name will be displayed on the same line.

Example 2: Searching for text within a document file submitted in multiple languages

Documents of type .pdf and Microsoft Office can have their contents searched in multiple languages (according to translated content submitted by modelers).
Given that the contents of a file exists in more than one language (in this case, in English and French), the user can search for text included in the document.

When returning results for the text search, all translated versions of the object name will be displayed on the same line.
