ICICI Lombard will be using the EPC to migrate as well as re-design some of its existing processes to take advantage of the EPC’s integrated Rules Management, Comprehensive Responsibility assignment (RASCI-VS), Version Control, Audit Trail, Collaboration and Governance and Process documentation features to drive its Business Excellence programme that has resulted in being awarded the Golden Peacock Award in 2016.
